CMS Preparedness Ruling Planning

In September of 2016, The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) issued its final ruling for the Emergency Preparedness Requirements for Medicare and Medicaid Participating Providers and Suppliers. The ruling’s purpose is to establish national emergency preparedness requirements for healthcare providers.
