COVID-19 has negatively impacted a lot of things in our personal and professional lives. Having face-to-face interactions at conferences is one experience we’ve missed in particular. 

However, that is about to change. Next week, BOLDplanning is back in the swing of things exhibiting at the National Hurricane Conference in New Orleans, LA at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel. Originally scheduled for March of this year, the conference was moved to June 14-17 due to COVID-19 concerns. 

According to event management, the primary goal of the National Hurricane Conference is to improve hurricane preparedness, response, recovery and mitigation. Additionally, the conference serves as a national forum for federal, state and local officials to exchange ideas and recommend new policies to improve Emergency Management. This year, the event is expected to attract more than 1500 attendees.
