The COVID-19 pandemic continues but so do the continuity, emergency, and mitigation planning efforts of public and private sector organizations nationwide. In fact, the pandemic has made clear the necessity of having updated and accurate plans in place for government agencies and businesses, alike. We know this to be true at BOLDplanning for two reasons.
First and foremost, our team (though working remotely) has continued to support clients in every way possible, including the hosting of online workshops and webinars, and the creation of customized training videos. Second, the number of inquiries about the BOLDplanning.com platform has increased exponentially over the last few months. (Thank you for your interest!)
To meet the demands of customers and potential customers, BOLDplanning has now resumed travel—when needed and where safety precautions can be ensured—for its team members. Global Solutions Manager, James Woulfe, CBCP, PCP (Lvl 1), was the first to do so the week of July 6, 2020, when he visited with the San Joaquin Superior Court in Stockton, California. It was there that James conducted three days of socially-distanced Continuity of Operations (COOP) planning workshops, which allowed planners from every department in the court to review/revise its COOP plan while still in activation mode. (It’s been that way since March 17, 2020
