With just two days to go, Tennessee-based BOLDplanning and Texas’ Williamson County (WILCO) Office of Emergency Management (OEM) are now making final preparations for the highly anticipated and co-planned “Emerging Trends in Emergency Management Symposium.” This special, one-day event is designed to allow elected officials and emergency management leaders to share best practices and foster greater communication and collaboration across a variety of organizations involved in preparedness. It will take place on Thursday, April 12, 2018, from 8:30 AM to 3 PM CDT, at the Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel & Convention Center.
